Overview of Academic Research
Prof. Yunyi Zang’s research interest is the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth of topological quantum computation devices.
His/her major achievements include:
* Experimental realization of a perfect system for Majorana study: PbTe-superconductor nanowires.
* Experimental realization of the type-Ⅱ Ising superconductor: few-layer stanene.
