Overview of Academic Research
In term of research, my major is theoretical and computational chemistry, including structures and adsorptions of nano-confined systems, structures and electronic properties of clusters and extended systems, qualitative molecular orbitals. More than 50 papers were published in prestigious academic journals, such as Nature, Nature Comm., Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Chem. Sci., J. Mater. Chem. A, J. Chem. Phys., Chem. Comm..
Since 2015, I wrote many articles on science popularization and science policies on medias like People's Daily, Global Times, Globe Magazine, China Daily, Chinese National Astronomy. In 2021, I published a popular science book "A brief introduction to quantum information". My popular science videos and live streams were viewed by billions, attracting nearly ten million fans from various network platforms.
