Overview of Academic Research

Dr. Tan Hao graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology with a doctoral research focusing on the dynamic model and spectroscopic studies of microwave low-temperature discharges. After returned to China, Dr. Tan have been engaged in molecular beam epitaxy, semiconductor processing related processes and equipment technology for a long time, in order to support multiple quantum information research directions. He has participated in research work in silicon-based quantum computing, quantum communication, quantum level optoelectronic devices, and other fields. His current main research is focus on the development of high-quality nonlinear thin film materials and devices in the application of quantum computing and precision measurement in optics, combined with heterogeneous integration technology.
