Overview of Academic Research

Prof. Gao’s research interest is in the intersection of gravitational physics and atom interferometry experiments, primarily focused on three key areas: theoretical studies of ultralight dark matter detection schemes, theoretical investigations of gravitational-wave detection using atom interferometers, and theoretical explorations of quantum gravity effects with atom interferometry.
