Overview of Academic Research

Prof. Xie investigates oxide interface superconductivity, focusing on new material systems, tuning methods, and low-dimensional superconducting physics. Key achievements include the discovery of superconductivity in KTaO3(110) interfaces, and the electrical control of KTaO3 interface superconductivity.

Current research focuses on oxide interface superconductivity and high-Tc superconducting films.
