Overview of Academic Research

Xiupig Xie’s research interest is optical frequency conversion devices and related applications in quantum physics.

His major achievements include:

* Establish a lab for research and production of optical frequency conversion devices and up-conversion single photon detection systems.

* As the technical director, complete the project “Development of Quantum Communication Waveguides Based on Periodically Polarized Lithium Niobate Crystals” (2015ZDXX0701B01), a Science and Technology Major Project of Shandong Province.

* Publish a series of papers on Nature、PRL、OE、OL etc.
